CSR Committee Organization
In October 2022, AES officially established the CSR Committee under the Board of Director, report to the President directly. The CSR Committee consists of 5 functional groups: Green Manufacturing, Green Innovation, Sustainable Supply Chain, Social Citizenship and Corporate Governance. The Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) is also set up to lead the plan and execution of overall ESG related activities in Simplo Technology Group.

AES's board of directors listens to the report of the CSR committee (including ESG report). The CSR committee must propose company strategies to the board of directors. The board of directors must judge the possibility of success of these strategies, and must also frequently review the progress of the strategy and urge the team to carry out when necessary.
